Presentation Guidelines for Proffered Oral Paper Presenters
INSTRUCTIONS
Proffered Oral paper presenters are required to prepare:
1. PowerPoint Presentation
• File format: PPTX or PPT
• Aspect ratio: 16:9
• Length: Number of slides is not limited, but please note that you have 5 minutes for your presentation.
2. Schedule your reservation for pre-recording your video presentation
All Proffered oral presenters for the main programme will receive an e-mail with a link and information about booking your pre-recording appointment.

• The appointment must be scheduled at least 24 hours ahead.
• Make sure your PowerPoint presentation is uploaded to the Online Services Portal at least 4 hours prior to the appointment.
• In case you need to make any changes in the booking, please contact us at info@esso2020.org
PLEASE NOTE THAT WHILE YOUR PRESENTATION IS PRE-RECORDED, THE Q&A DISCUSSION IS LIVE AND ALL SPEAKERS ARE REQUESTED TO BE PRESENT DURING THE WHOLE SESSION.
UPLOADING YOUR PRESENTATION
• Upload your PowerPoint presentation via the ESSO 2020 Online Services Portal
The upload will begin on Thursday, 1 October 2020 and your presentation must be uploaded at least 4 hours before your scheduled recording session.
